Bathroom #2: The moment you enter the modern frosted glass door, you think luxury. A double-headed shower for two finished from floor to ceiling with Carrera marble and a vaulted ceiling skylight with its natural lighting makes this a perfect venue to prepare for the perfect day.

** THE NEIGHBORHOOD **
If you know San Diego, you know Mission Hills is the best place to be, offering both privacy and proximity to all major attractions and beaches. The home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood so its great for large groups, but NOT GREAT for late night parties (e.g. bachelor parties, etc). We request guests to respect the city noise ordinance and bring the noise inside by 10:00 p.m.

You can walk to many of San Diego's top attractions, and drive to the rest in just 10-15 minutes. We still recommend renting a car so you can explore all San Diego has to offer.

Within 10-15 minute walk to:
- Balboa Park & San Diego Zoo
- Little Italy (quaint shopping and dining, just blocks away)
- Mission Hills shopping district
- Banker's Hill (cool restaurants, bars, coffee shops)

** LOCATION **
Our home is located in the best neighborhood in San Diego, offering great proximity to most attractions and fantastic views. While our properties feature high quality, acoustically rated windows and doors, our central location means you will may occasionally hear the sounds of the city including planes that take off between the hours of 6:30am and 10:00 pm. If you are very sensitive to noise, staying anywhere in the downtown San Diego area may not be the right choice.

** POOL AND SPA **
While the home features a gorgeous outdoor pool and spa, not all guests choose to use it during their stay. For that reason, we don't include pool/spa heating in the nightly price of the rental. You can decide if you want to add pool/spa heating for $79/day or spa only for $49/day to your reservation. The pool is heated to 81 degrees (comfortable for lounging) and spa heated to 101 degrees.

The pool and spa are cleaned and serviced before each stay for your convenience.

** POLICIES **

This home is in a quiet neighborhood and not conducive to parties or loud groups. It’s not that we don’t like to have fun, but living next to a vacation rental can be tough, so please help us stay in good graces with our neighbors.

- No smoking indoors
- Pets considered (requires pet fee and refundable deposit)
- No events, parties or large gatherings
- Must be at least 25 years old to book
- $79 optional nightly pool/hot tub heating fee or $49 hot tub only
- No hot tub or outside music after 10pm
- NO UNATTENDED KIDS in backyard or front balcony

PETS
- Pet fees are NOT included in the original reservation price 
- Any applicable fees/deposits will be added to your reservation MANUALLY once the pet is approved approved
- 1 dogs, weighing under 25lbs considered. Small to medium non-shedding breeds only.
- $25/pet/day and a $500 refundable pet security deposit
- You must clean up after your pet or there will be an additional charge.
- Must be kenneled when unsupervised

**GUEST ACCESS**
We use a smart lock and will send you the code 14 days prior to your stay once we have the signed rental agreement.

** INTERACTION WITH GUESTS **

** CANCELLATION POLICY **
Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of the stay will receive 100% refund. Bookings canceled at least 7 days before the start of the stay will receive 50% refund.
