3. Upon arrival at check-in time, your home will be ready for you, and in immaculate condition.

4. Your rental will be well appointed with all the creature comforts of home. It will contain basic provisions per the terms in the Rental Agreement.

5. All of our homes have digital lock access, and the codes will be sent to you well in advance. They are reprogrammable to the combination of your choosing for safety and convenience.

6. Upon arrival, you will be provided a digital house manual for every property, which contains not only information about the house, but also insider perspectives on things to do in the surrounding area, culminating from years of in-depth research and first-hand experience.

7. If you have any issues whatsoever, our team will address it within 24 hours of notification, or your first night is on us. Our dedicated staff of experienced, caring professionals, including Cleaning, Maintenance, Guest Relations, and Concierge to ensure that your stay with us is comfortable, stress-free, and AMAZING.
