All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is considered confirmed only after payment has been successfully processed and a confirmation email has been issued. Rental With A View reserves the right to refuse or cancel any reservation if incorrect information is provided or booking requirements are not met.
The primary guest making the reservation must be at least 25 years of age and remain at the property throughout the reservation. The booking guest is responsible for the conduct and compliance of all occupants and visitors during the stay.
Guests agree to pay all rental charges, applicable taxes, cleaning fees, security deposits (if required), and any additional charges associated with their reservation. Payment schedules will be provided during the booking process.
Cancellation policies may vary depending on the property and booking platform. Guests are encouraged to review the cancellation policy before confirming their reservation. We also recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unexpected travel disruptions.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or through the booking platform used to make the reservation. Your cancellation will be considered effective once it has been received and acknowledged by Rental With A View.
We recommend purchasing travel insurance, especially for reservations made well in advance, to help protect against unexpected cancellations, travel delays, illness, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Please note that refunds are subject to the cancellation policy applicable to your reservation. If you booked through a third-party platform such as Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, or another travel partner, the cancellation terms of that platform will apply.
Reservations cancelled more than 30 days before the scheduled arrival date may be eligible for a full or partial refund, depending on the booking terms and payment method.
Cancellations made during this period may qualify for a partial refund in accordance with the property’s cancellation policy.
Check-in is at 4pm and checkout is at 10am. are provided in your booking confirmation. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Guests are expected to leave the property in good condition and follow any departure instructions provided before check-out.
Each property has a maximum occupancy limit that must be strictly followed. Unauthorized guests, parties, events, or commercial activities are not permitted.

Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside all vacation rental properties unless otherwise stated. Additional cleaning or damage charges may apply if this policy is violated.
Amenities vary by property and may include swimming pools, hot tubs, parking, Wi-Fi, outdoor spaces, and other features.
While Rental With A View makes every effort to ensure all amenities are operational, temporary interruptions due to maintenance, weather, utility outages, or circumstances beyond our control may occur.
Guests are responsible for their own safety and the safety of all occupants during their stay.
Please lock doors and windows when leaving the property and supervise children around pools, balconies, stairs, and other potentially hazardous areas.

Rental With A View is not responsible for lost, stolen, or forgotten personal belongings. If personal items are recovered after departure, we will make reasonable efforts to return them. Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the guest.
Properties with pools or hot tubs should be used responsibly.
Children must always be supervised by an adult.
Guests use these amenities at their own risk and should follow all posted safety instructions.
