Reservation Deposit
In order to confirm your reservation, we require a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount and full damage insurance payment. The remaining 50% of the reservation total is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations
A fourteen (14) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than fourteen (14) days prior to the arrival date will incur NO PENALTY and receive a FULL refund. Cancellations made between 7 and 13 days of the arrival date forfeit 50% of the advance deposit, and cancellations less than 7 days of arrival forfeit all monies paid.
Pets
As much as we love animals, due to allergy concerns expressed by many of our guests, we strictly enforce a “no pet” policy in most of our homes. Thank you for understanding!
No Parties
We can not support parties or loud gatherings of any kind (including bachelor/bachelorette parties). It's not that we don't like having a good time, but this home is in a quiet residential neighborhood with quiet hours starting at 10pm and strictly enforced. If we receive any noise complaints or police calls you group could be asked to vacate without a refund.
